For the State of South Dakota, the solicitation will provide for a minimum of 10 closings, 1 recordation and 1 title search for the base year and each option year, a maximum of 150 closings, 36 recordation and 12 title searches for subsequent option years, and an estimated (average based on historical data) 42 closings, 12 recordation and 4 title searches for the base year and each option year. HUD intends to award one contract for the state. Proposals are requested on an unrestricted basis; however, a Request for Proposal (RFP), to be solicited, will contain a cascading preference for award to small businesses first.
