Full Description

It is the intent of the VA Boston Healthcare System to negotiate a sole source contract with Boston University School of Public Health to provide administrative support to the Center for Organization, Leadership and Management Research (COLMR). Services to be provided include developing and conducting research projects in VA . 37.5% effort will be participating in conferences and interacting with colleagues within and outside the VA (e.g., university based faculty involved in health services research), obtain financial support for research projects through submission of grant proposals, design and implement research studies through direct participation and serving as a mentor to research investigators and support staff. Also responsible for disseminating research findings, recruiting staff for research projects and collaborating with other members of the COLMR center. 45 % of the time will be spent serving as principal investigator or investigator on specific research projects. A contract for a base year and two option years will be negotiated for a total of three years.
