NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - This procurement action is being conducted under FAR 6.302-1 with the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), as only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the requirement; therefore proposals cannot be submitted directly on this notice. The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Installation Contracting Division, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD has a requirement to procure "Expert engineering advisory and support services provided to Wide Area Restoration and Resiliency Project (WARRP) Science and Technology (S&T) assessments in support of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) mission within the directorate of Science and Technology". The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541330 with a small business size standard of $27.0 million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes, however, all information received by 28 February 2012 will be considered by the Government.
