The Environmental Protection Agency, Office of Water (OW) intends to issue a sole source RFQ to River Network for the River Rally Conference, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. OW will be sponsoring this conference as a Lead Patron. As such, OW plans to rent exhibit space to share information about EPAs tools, programs and activities to help protect and restore watersheds in these challenging economic times. In addition to renting exhibit space, as a participating partner in River Rally Conference OW intends conduct and participate in several workshops/meetings that will bring together participants from the Urban Water Initiative.
