Award will be via source selection procedures based on the greatest value concept. Price and technical evaluation factors will be considered. The solicitation shall contain all proposal requirements and the method of award. Period of Performance is for one (1) base year to commence on September 1, 2004 through August 31, 2005 with four one (1) year options. This procurement is a small business set aside. NAICS Code: 561720, size standard is $14.0 mil. Solicitations will be available on or about July 27, 2004, and can be obtained by faxing your request to the number below. Prior to the issuance of the solicitation, contractors must comply with the Document Security Notice by completing it and returning it to the address below.
