This is a Sole Source Notice posted in accordance with RFO 5.201(b)(1)(i).

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to purchase, on a sole source basis, co-location office space and 24/7 emergency dispatch services from the Mariposa County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) in support of BLM California Law Enforcement operations. The requirement covers (a) secured office space access for BLM LEOs at MCSO facilities, and (b) year round emergency dispatching enabling lawful communications, officer safety checks, and related law enforcement support aligned to agency operations in the Mariposa/Briceburg Recreation area.

This acquisition is necessary to maintain continuity of operations, jurisdictional interoperability, and compatibility with existing casework, evidentiary processes, and radio toolchains used between MCSO and BLM CA LEOs. This purchase will be conducted under the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul commercial procedures at RFO 12.102.

This action is justified under RFO 6.103-1(b), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

A firm fixed price award is anticipated. The current independent Government estimate reflects an annual fee of $12,000 for the space rental component; dispatch services will be provided IAW the Performance Work Statement.
