R--NIBIB Coordination Center Pre-Solicitation Notice

The National Institute of Biomedical Imaging and Bioengineering (NIBIB) has issued a pre-solicitation notice for the Innovation Funnel Coordination Center, a key component of the Rapid Acceleration of Diagnostics (RADx-Tech) initiative. The center is designed to accelerate the development, commercialization, and implementation of health technologies through an innovation funnel model. The scope of work involves providing overall operational oversight and guidance, including administrative project management, application solicitation and evaluation, data management, website maintenance, and the drafting of standard operating procedures and progress reports. Additionally, the center will coordinate clinical and commercialization resources and provide technical and business support. This requirement is contemplated as a non-competitive modification to increase the ceiling value of existing Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Contract No. 75N92022D00176, with the modification expected to be issued around November 2026. While this notice is a synopsis and not a formal solicitation, interested parties with active SAM registrations may submit capability statements by October 13, 2026. Submissions must detail the total number of employees, professional qualifications of technical and medical personnel, and available facilities and equipment.
