NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD AN INCREASED LEVEL OF EFFORT 1. The National Capital Region Contracting Center (NCRCC), on behalf of The Office of The Secretary of Defense (OSD), Deputy Under Secretary of Defense (Installations and Environment) (DUSD) (I&E), intends to award an increased level of effort on the EITM Program on a sole source basis under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), (1)-FAR 6.302-1(a) (2)(iii)(A) - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This award will be made to Delta Resources Inc., 1235 South Clark Street, Suite 306, Arlington, VA 22202-3296. The NAICS Code for this Notice is 541511 with a size standard of $25 million. 2. This Notice of Intent to award an increased level of effort is not a request for competitive quotes. There is no solicitation document. No Request for Proposals will be available for competitive proposals. Phone calls will not be accepted.
