R -- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD

The General Services Administration’s Public Buildings Service (GSA/PBS) plans to award a one-year subscription contract to Torto Wheaton Research, based in Boston, MA, for access to their TWR Select and TWR Outlook Interactive Database Systems. This contract is to be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures under FAR Subpart 13.5, relying on the authority provided by 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) which allows for contracting with only one responsible source when no other supplies or services will meet the agency’s needs.
