The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), in support of the Program Executive Office (PEO) Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) International C4I Integration Program Office (PMW 740), intends to extend the existing Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract with Booz Allen Hamilton (Cage: 17038) beyond the current contract completion date of 31 December 2014 to 30 June 2015. The CPFF contract will be extended 6 months in order to accomplish closeout efforts associated with training of Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) personnel on two Continental United States (CONUS) global Command and Control System-Joint (GCCS-J) 4.2 System courses. This contract was an RSNF directed sole source under a 10 year FMS case. Booz Allen Hamilton is the only responsible source capable of meeting the RSNF required training requirements without disruption of efforts and substantial duplication of cost not expected to be recovered through competition. The Government intends to extend CPFF contract N00039-03-C-0013 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source.
