The Government intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company, under the authority of 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), only one source or a limited number of sources will satisfy agency requirements. There is no technical data package. Interested sources are encourag ed to identify themselves in writing to the Contracting Officer, Sarah Kerry, AMSAM-AC-AV-AB.
