The Air Intelligence Agency (AIA), in conjunction with Fiesta Informaction 2004, is hosting a Top Secret/SI/TK classified Industry Day on April 22, 2004, at Lackland Air Force Base. This event will focus on addressing critical problem sets relevant to AIA, the U.S. Air Force, and related communities, although no solicitations or contract awards will be made during the session. Attendance is strictly limited to 200 participants on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to patrons and exhibitors. Due to security and parking constraints, all attendees will be transported via bus from the Convention Center to the base. Participation requires submission of Top Secret clearance and SI/TK access information by April 9, 2004, with no exceptions, to secure a reserved seat. Registration, payment, and clearance submissions must all be completed by the April 9 deadline to confirm attendance, and a waiting list will be maintained for cancellations, prioritized based on the date of submission and sponsor status. Clearances must be faxed by company CSSOs to designated AIA security personnel using provided contact details. Although the event itself will not issue solicitations, topics discussed may later inspire unsolicited proposals or white papers voluntarily submitted to AIA. For additional information, including the schedule and registration, potential attendees are directed to the specified AFCEA Fiesta 2004 conference website. Teresa J. Gonzalez serves as the point of contact for questions related to the event.
