Le territoire de l’ORGANISME PUBLIC couvre les villes de Longueuil, Brossard, Saint-Lambert, et leurs arrondissements respectifs. Les Travaux requis doivent être accomplis conformément au présent Devis, selon les prix indiqués au Bordereau de prix. Le besoin global est subdivisé en 2 lots, chaque lot correspondant à un (1) Contrat distinct. Le SOUMISSIONNAIRE doit accompagner sa Soumission d’une garantie de soumission, d’un montant équivalant à 2 % du prix total soumis pour l’ensemble des lots pour lesquels le Soumissionnaire dépose une Soumission (voir l’article « Garantie de soumission » de la Régie pour les modalités applicables). La garantie de soumission est donc rattachée à la Soumission déposée, peu importe le nombre de lots pour lesquels le Soumissionnaire dépose une Soumission. Ces garanties sont donc rattachées à chaque Contrat (1 Contrat par lot), et non pas à la Soumission.
