TYPE OF AWARD: This acquisition shall be 100% Small Business Set Aside Request for Quotation. All Small Business responsible sources may submit a quotation. This shall be Low Price/Technical Acceptable Request for Quotation. JOB DESCRIPTION: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District is issuing this announcement for commercial services: Laboratory Testing Services. DESCRIPTION: Perform Quality Assurance Testing Services that include but not limited to aggregate soil, concrete and asphalt tests with complete compliance and adherence to the applicable referenced test procedures. The laboratory shall be accredited by the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) for the applicable test methods. Any award(s) resulting from this solicitation shall be a firm-fixed price, five (5) year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). Solicitation W91238-08-Q-0124 shall be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore hardcopies shall not be provided.
