The Continuing Human Enabling, Enhancing, Restoring and Sustaining (CHEERS) program is a Multiple Authority Announcement (MAA) managed by the Air Force Research Laboratory Human Effectiveness Directorate and the United States Air Force School of Medicine. The program provides a comprehensive strategy for science and technology research, progressing from basic research to technology maturation to optimize and protect Airman capabilities across Air, Space, and Cyberspace.
