JA-2010-8 The WARNG located at Camp Murray, WA 98430 intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order by other than full and open competition in accordance with Subpart 6.302-1 (a)(2)(ii). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Award will be made to BRETT SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT for advertising through the Spokane Indians Baseball Team FY10-11, FY11-12 and FY12-13. Brett Sports Entertainment is the only advertising company working directly with the Spokane Indians Baseball Team located at Spokane, WA. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this procurement was made because Brett Sports Entertainment is the only authorized company working directly with the Spokane Indians Hockey Team.
