R--Sources Sought Notice - Appraisal and Valuation Services - Warm Springs

The Department of the Interior, through the Interior Business Center’s Acquisition Services Directorate, issued a sources sought notice for appraisal and valuation services related to Native Allotment trust properties on the Warm Springs Reservation in Oregon under solicitation number 140D0426Q0470. The effort aims to identify qualified contractors to perform USPAP-compliant real estate appraisals for 1,300+ individual parcels, with property sizes ranging from 0.01 to 160 acres, all located in Township 10 South, Range 25 East, Section 36.
