The Contractor will utilize both valet parking and high-density assisted parking to accommodate the parking needs at this facility. Contractors must show that they are regularly established to provide the required services; be financially responsible; and show evidence of reliability, ability, experience, and have personnel directly employed to render satisfactory service. Contractor employees must process a valid Maryland driver's license and be fluent in the English language. This solicitation will be issued on a best value basis with technical and price proposals required. Technical proposals will be evaluated on the factors listed in the solicitation and will include, but not be limited to, past performance, technical capability, and operational plan.
