*This notice was previously posted on 06/27/2023 via number 36C24123Q0792. Pre-Solicitation Notice for notice of intent to award a sole source contract. This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract for firm-fixed price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract from 08/28/2023 08/27/2028 with Beaulieu, Saunders & Kostin LLP, 565 Roundeville Rd., Unit 5, Rochester, MA 02770-2020, SAM UIE # V55ACL25SC35. The purpose of this acquisition is to obtain Guardianship Support Attorney Services. VABHS is the tertiary care facility for VISN 1 and provides services for Veterans of Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. The main health care service offerings are outpatient, inpatient, extended care, and telehealth care. Because Beaulieu, Saunders & Kostin LLP is the only vendor/contractor that can provide Guardianship Support Attorney Services with an established BAA, this acquisition will not be competed. Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to SAM.gov, Contracting Opportunities. The NAICS is 541110. The size standard is $15.5 Million. The PSC/FSC is R418. The authority for this action is FAR 6.302.1-1 Only One Responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested persons may contact the Contracting Officer via email at contact@example.gov regarding this procurement. The determination to conduct a competitive procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
