NSWC, IHEODTD Indian Head, intends to award a contract on a noncompetitive basis to Total Petrochemicals & Refining USA, Inc -1201 Louisiana Street Ste 1800, Houston, TX 77002-5605. for the following: - Hydroxyl-Terminated Polybutadiene---70,400 ounces -Adhesive, Poly Binder---35,200 ounces This action is be undertaken in accordance with FAR 13.106 (b) Soliciting from a single source, on the basis that the vendor is the only known source capable of meeting the government's requirements The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 325110. The small business size determination is 1000 employees. This Notice of Intent is not a request for quotes. Information received from interested parties will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses to this electronic notice must be made by 4:00 p.m. EST on 10 June 2015. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
