Radio Frequency Conditioning Unit (RFCU) Maintenance Manual

Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SSC Pacific) intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order on a sole source basis to Out of the Fog Research, LLC (OFR). The requirement is to provide engineering technical services to create and deliver a Maintenance Manual that will consist of the functional description, troubleshooting procedures, corrective maintenance, and a parts list for the Radio Frequency Conditioning Unit (RFCU) that is a critical component in the Ships Signals Exploitation Equipment (SSEE) modifications (Mods) U.S. Navys Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Receivers. The RFCU consists of two boxes, the main box (OFRXF05) and a Mission Specific Filter bank (OFRXF0501) that was designed, fabricated, and assembled by OFR. This notice of intent is not a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government.
