Request the establishment of a Blanket Purchase Agreement Contract for one Base Year and four one-year option periods for repairs and upgrades to the FBI’s land mobile radio (LMR) legacy equipment currently used in all of its 56 field offices.  The LMR equipment is manufactured by Motorola Solutions, Inc., and spans several model generations.  FBI radio communications consist of hybrid and specialty components proprietary to Motorola required to communicate with the LMR infrastructure.  


The vendor will repair and upgrade the FBI’s legacy radio equipment spanning several generations to include but is not limited to: Astro Spectra Plus Mobile Radio, XTS 5000 Portable Radio, XTL 5000 Desktop Radio, XTL 5000 Mobile Radio, APX 7000 Portable Radio, APX 7500 Mobile Radio, Quantar Station Control Module, Quantar Wireline Module, Quantar Power Supply, Astro Tac Receiver, Astro 3000 Comparator, Quantro 350W Power Supply, and Centracom Power Supply.
