The contract includes strict clauses on organizational conflict of interest, prohibition of third-party advisory roles, confidentiality of Government-provided data, non-personal services requirements, and whistleblower protections, while incorporating FAR clauses governing business ethics, equal opportunity, trafficking in persons, payment practices, and federal supply chain security.
