This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is issued under Request for Quote No. DTFR5315Q00018 and includes incorporated provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-83.
