Contract Number: GS05Q16BMP0001 GSA Task Order Id: ID05150136 This posting is in accordance with FAR 6.305(a). THIS IS TO POST A JUSTIFICATION AND APPROVAL FOR OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPEITION. Sierra Lobo Inc. (SLI) was awarded an open market standalone bridge contract. The contract was awarded on November 13, 2015. This was a sole source award to SLI. The bridge contract will provide Research and Development Structural and Aerodynamic Test Services to the Air Force Research Laboratory, Aerospace Systems Directorate, Air Vehicles Division (AFRL/RQV) for up to 9 months. The RQV's contracting office is currently evaluating proposals on the competitive solicitation FA8650-15-4048 for the R&D Experimental Facilities Support Contract. The bridge contract will ensure that RQV has continued service until the agency's competitive contract is awarded and performance starts. The total ceiling value of the bridge contract will not exceed $13.4 million.
