The scope of work includes visual inspections for UV degradation and micro-cracks, structural certification of frame-to-shell mounting bolts, hydraulic system servicing, auto-belay recertification, and the replacement of rusted or stripped hardware with load-rated components. All work must adhere to ASTM F24, UFC 4-740-02, and manufacturer specifications, with a zero-deviation performance threshold verified by 100 percent inspection. Award will be based on a trade-off process considering technical capabilities, price, and past performance. Technical evaluation requires a quality control program, auto-belay manufacturer certification, manufacturer-specific repair training, and ASME trailer inspection certification. Offerors must submit quotations by August 18, 2026, at 11:30 p.m. PDT. Key requirements include the use of the Wide Area WorkFlow system for invoicing and the maintenance of REAL-ID compliant identification for personnel.
