The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide general repairs necessary to keep ranges and training areas in usable condition.  The range maintenance tasks include, but not limited to carpentry, welding, masonry, electrical, painting, some heavy equipment operations, mechanical maintenance, refurbishing props, and trash/debris removal.  Other work included, but not limited to fabricating, installing and repairing metal gates, flag poles, metal barriers, signs (lateral limit, range, identification, impact area, no trespassing, and warning signs metal and wood).  Erecting and maintaining barricades, installing and repair of fencing (wood and metal), ammo breakdown table repair, wooden steps located on ranges, repair to range structures and range facilities, berm maintenance, firing position maintenance, bunkers, retaining walls of wood or sandbags and metal bleachers.  Perform UXO Grass Cutting in High Hazard impact areas. At one hundred-fifteen (115) live fire ranges, and five hundred sixty-six (566) training facilities.  The Contractor shall be responsible for providing certified technicians as required in the proposal packet.
