Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) has a requirement for routine inspection, maintenance and repairs of its Indoor Dynamic Shooting Range (IDSR) at Imperial Beach, CA. The IDSR inspection/maintenance is for an Air Barrier System (ABS) and Dust Collection Unit (DCU) which includes but is not limited to verifying damper positions, air velocities, volumes, filter condition and bullet traps at each of the ranges. This requirement will be fulfilled with the establishment of a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract issuing Firm Fixed Priced Task Orders with an overall maximum value of $249k.
The sole source acquisition will be conducted in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by FAR 12.201-1. The Sole Source Justification will be posted under this synopsis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 811310, and the small business size standard is $12.5M. The Government intends to award the contract to Savage Range Systems, Inc. (CAGE: 1T8M8).
