Rapid E-Learning Product Programmer

NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENTThe Department of National Defence (DND), specifically the Director Human Resources Business Management (DHRBM) and the Director Military Pay and Allowances Processing (DMPAP), has a requirement for three (3) Rapid eLearning Product Programmer resources to provide professional services to support the Military Human Resources Management System (Guardian) and the Central Computation Pay System (CCPS) through the development of performance support material in order to apply the new or changed policies, procedures and processes to the systems.The contract period will be from date of Contract award to one (1) year later, with an irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to six (6) additional one-year periods under the same conditions.There are security requirements associated with this requirement.
