NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENTThe Department of National Defence (DND), specifically the Director Human Resources Business Management (DHRBM) and the Director Military Pay and Allowances Processing (DMPAP), has a requirement for three (3) Rapid eLearning Product Programmer resources to provide professional services to support the Military Human Resources Management System (Guardian) and the Central Computation Pay System (CCPS) through the development of performance support material in order to apply the new or changed policies, procedures and processes to the systems.The contract period will be from date of Contract award to one (1) year later, with an irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to six (6) additional one-year periods under the same conditions.There are security requirements associated with this requirement. For additional information, consult Part 6 - Security, Financial and Other Requirements, and Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses. For more information on personnel and organization security screening or security clauses, bidders should refer to the Industrial Security Program (ISP) of Public Works and Government Services Canada (http://ssi-iss.tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca/index-eng.html) website”.For services requirements, Bidders must provide the required information as detailed in article 2.3 of Part 2 of the bid solicitation, in order to comply with Treasury Board policies and directives on contracts awarded to former public servants.The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
