Objective: The Borderplex region is seeing rapid growth in AI infrastructure, advanced manufacturing, energy, utilities, and telecommunications. The goal of this RFI is to: Identify existing regional resources and training capabilities. Understand the current workforce training landscape. Identify programs that can support future demand for skilled occupations in the construction and long-term operation of data centers.
