Full Description

FedNor is initiating this solicitation to engage a qualified contractor to conduct a risk-based recipient audit covering four programs: the Northern Ontario Development Program (NODP), Regional Economic Growth through Innovation (REGI), Economic Development Initiative (EDI), and one additional program. The selected firm will perform compliance audits on a representative sample of approximately eight projects funded under NODP, REGI, and EDI, along with one project from the additional program. The objective of the audit is to provide an independent assessment of recipients’ adherence to their funding agreements, evaluating both financial and non-financial obligations.
