Health Canada requires Recipient/Contribution Agreement Audit services on an “as and when requested”basis. Travel will be required (locations to be determined). The objective of the Recipient Audit is toassess that the recipients:have met the financial and non-financial terms and conditions of the funding arrangements; have management practices in place to support the delivery of the program or project andthe management of the funding arrangements throughout its life-cycle and to ensure theyare adequate and high quality;have compliance to terms and conditions of the funding arrangements; the programmanagement and financial control practices are in place to ensure the effective delivery ofprograms/services activities funded; the recipient’s management practices; and/or theintegrity of any data which has been reported by the recipient; and,have developed the operational capacity required to deliver agreed upon services.
