Sealed bids for Invitation For Bid No. 2024-023 for Reconstruct T-Hangars Mike and November at Johnson County Executive Airport shall be submitted electronically at https://jocogov.ionwave.net until 2:00 p.m. Central Time, August 8, 2024, at 2:00 PM Central Time. If you have difficulty submitting a bid electronically, please contact Nicole Averell at +1 (555) 000-0000 for assistance. Submission of bids will not be allowed after the designated time. You must register as a supplier at https://jocogov.ionwave.net at least two (2) business days prior to the bid opening to ensure a successful registration, which is required for bid submittal. All bids that have been duly received will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 p.m., August 8, 2024 via Zoom Meeting. The Zoom address will be published in Ionwave under the bid’s “Activities” tab. Unofficial results of all bids that have been submitted will be available electronically at https://jocogov.org.ionwave.net within twenty-four (24) hours of bid close. Copies of plans and specifications can be seen or purchased for a non-refundable fee on-line at www.drexeltech.com in their eDistribution plan room, additional assistance is available at contact@example.gov. Contractors desiring the Contract Documents for use in preparing bids may also obtain a set of such documents from Drexel Technologies; 10840 West 86th Street, Lenexa, KS 66214, telephone number is +1 (555) 000-0000. Bidding documents will be shipped only if the requesting party assumes responsibility for all related charges. Corporate, certified, or cashier’s checks shall be made payable to Drexel Technologies, Inc. A non-mandatory pre-bid and walkthrough meeting will be held on July 23, 2024 at 2:00 PM Central Time at the Johnson County Executive Airport located at the Maintenance Building, 15335 S Pflumm Rd., Olathe, KS 66062. Bidders are encouraged to attend the meeting to view site conditions. Bidders shall submit with their bid a bid bond issued by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Kansas in the amount of five percent (5.0%) of the total amount of their bid.
