Full Description

The work of this single bid project includes replacement of the water distribution system serving the Ellicott Quad on the University at Buffalo North Campus. The scope of work includes a new watermain distribution system and select replacement of storm and sanitary sewers within the Project limits. The Project will also replace pavement, sidewalks, lighting and other site features in areas disturbed by the project excavations. Hazardous materials abatement is included in the work. Plans will be available after September 15, 2026, through Dataflow, Inc., (585-271-5730 & http://www.godataflow.com ). A project walk-through has been scheduled for September 22, 2026, at 1:30pm, meeting at The Glass Lounge (Fargo 180) located in Fargo Quad, First Floor Landing Area.Please confirm the date/time with the Consultant. Special Notice to Potential Bidders:Please review the Bid and Post Bid Checklist on the Construction Opportunities page on the Fund’s website (https://www.sucf.suny.edu/) for more information on bidder’s qualifications and other requirements. All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per the Information to Bidders Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted per Section 2.18 of the SUCF Agreement. Principal subcontractors must be named within 48hrs after the bid opening per the Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48hrs either the certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred), or if not enrolled in VendRep a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 3/22 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, and work descriptions.
