USCIS National Records Center (NRC) has a requirement for a contractor to provide support services required under this contract include administrative and technical functions in support of records management for the USCIS Records Operations Support Services (ROSS). The successful contractor is to provide records management and maintenance services for the NRC and NRC Extension Site 1 (ES-1), Lee’s Summit, MO, and its sub-office, the File Storage Facility (FSF or HBG), Harrisonburg, VA. The objective of the contract is to provide comprehensive records management services in a manner that ensures efficient, effective, and accountable records responsibility and excellent customer service. The primary functions of this contract include but are not limited to: • Provide efficient and effective records management and maintenance functions in support of the USCIS Records Program. • Provide outstanding customer service. • Ensure compliance with all federal mandated directives. • Maintain proper personnel security clearance levels. • Ensure proper security of all files, to include empty A-File jackets. • Report all personnel actions timely. • Ensure proper handling of security-sensitive materials, including PII and chain-of-custody requirements.
