Under fair opportunity, Engineering Solutions Inc was previously selected to complete Title I preliminary design and Title II construction document design services in support of the installation of a photo-voltaic (PV) system for a solar array at the Visitor Center at Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, Hawaii.
