The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, awarded a firm fixed price task order to Stanley/INCA JV for a Flood Risk Management Feasibility Study concerning the Cedar River in Linn County, Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The total award amount consists of 1,339,442.03 dollars in recovery funds and 30,183.05 dollars in non-recovery funds. This action was processed using non-competitive procedures as a follow-on order to a previously competitive initial order. The primary objective of the study is to evaluate various alternatives for managing flood risks to determine a preferred plan. This specific modification increases the not-to-exceed ceiling for engineering support under Task Two to address comments from Public Review, Agency Technical Review, and Independent External Peer Review regarding portions of the report developed by Stanley Consultants. This adjustment provides necessary additional support without altering the original scope of the task order.
