The USDA ARS intends to award a firm fixed priced task order to STV, Inc. of Douglassville, PA, for architectural and engineering (A-E) services for the purpose of providing necessary Architect-Engineering (A-E) construction management services to their previously completed designs for the roof replacement at the USDA Human Nutrition Research Center for Aging (HNRCA) in Boston, MA. This task order will be issued against an existing contract which has already been competed under the Brooks Act and awarded as an Architect-Engineering Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity Contract. In order to maintain a single source of liability any corrections, revisions, or additions to be made to the project are required to be made by the professional engineer, or a representative within the company, who originally signed and sealed the documents.
