RECOVERY PER FAR 5.7, THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY; THERFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNIY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER: W91278-08-D-0020, NationView LLC. The Mobile District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is placing a firm-fixed priced task order against Contract No. W91278-08-D-0020, NationView, LLC, said contract being dated 15 April 2008, which has already been competed and awarded as an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this task order will require the contractor to remove asbestos containing materials from Allatoona Lake, Georgia in accordance with EM-385-1, applicable federal, state and local laws ordinances, criteria, rules and regulations regarding handling, storing, transporting and disposing of asbestos waste materials.
