THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTORS AWARDED THE ARCHITECT ENGINEERING SERVICES INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) MULLTIPLE AWARD CONTRACT NUMBER IBM09D0006 WITH TETRA TECH, INC., IBM09D0007 WITH MWH, AND IBM09D0008 WITH URS GROUP, INC. RECOVERY - The requirement is for construction management services for Rehabilitation Improvements for the Rio Grande Canalization Protective Levee System Canutillo and Sunland Park Levee Segments from Borderland Bridge along the East and West River Banks in El Paso County, TX, and Dona Ana County, NM, to the El Paso Electric Plant in El Paso County, TX. The contractor is to provide professional and support services necessary to manage and track the progress and expenditures of the project; review schedule of submittals, monthly progress schedule, and requests for information and recommended field changes; assure quality control/assurance compliance of work; review monthly/final pay estimates; review monthly record drawings; and attend/record daily/weekly/monthly meetings as required.
