The Bureau of Indian Affairs has identified the need for Construction Management and Oversight of twelve (12) American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Construction Projects on Eleven (11) Reservations in five (5) states under P.L. 93-638 contracts with the Bureau of Indian Affairs.
