THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION (GSA), FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE , FINANCIAL and BUSINESS SOLUTIONS (FABS), CATEGORY 520-7. The purpose of this procurement is acquire audit services to assist the Office of Inspector General (OIG) in ensuring United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) contract procurement activities are properly performed in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Office of Management and Budget (OMB) guidance, and The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) requirements.
