L. 111-5, THE GOVERNMENT POSTS THIS NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE AN 8(a) SOLE SOURCE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL TO DQSI CORPORATION, 19218 NORTH 5TH STREET, COVINGTON, LA 70433.
