L. 111-5, THE GOVERNMENT POSTS THIS NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE AN 8(a) SOLE SOURCE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL TO ASSOCIATES ROOFING & CONSTRUCTION (ARC), INC., 1135 BURGESS RD. MURRELLS INLET, SC 29576. THE PROJECT DESCRIPTION IS AS FOLLOWS: The contractor shall complete 100% design, construct, deliver and warranty the final end product in accordance with the statement of work provided in the solicitation.
