THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE ENERGY CONSULTING SERVICES BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA) CONTRACT AWARDS (EMC Engineers, Inc.-GS06P09GXA0026/ Teng & Associates-GS06P09GXA0030).
