The project has been awarded to Boyd Jones Construction Company, 4360 Nicholas Street, Omaha, NE 68131. The Federal Supply Code is Z111, the North American Industrial Classification Code is 236220 (Maintenance, Repair and Alteration of Real Property) and the size standard is $33.5 Million. Mod PO03 is hereby issued to exercise Option 6 of the contract for construction phase services for the ARRA portion of the contract with a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) of $2,181,000.
