Receipt of award is contingent upon the offeror meeting the requirements of Section 1512 (reports of use of funds) of the Recovery Act. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The opportunity is only being offered to contractors awarded blanket purchase agreement (BPA) contracts exclusively with the National Park Service (NPS), Denver Service Center on an indefinite quantity basis.
