Delineated Area - The proposed space must be located within the following area: North- Ford Road South- I-94 East- Greenfield Road West- Telegraph Road Term - The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Occupancy - Space must be ready for occupancy no later than April 30, 2010. Parking - Eleven (11) reserved surface spaces. Sufficient public parking must be available for 56 employees within a two (2) block radius.
