RECOVERY--Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and equipment to perform repairs and associated work for Breakwater repairs Atlantic Harbor of refuge, Carteret County, North Carolina. Repairs will require use of Geotextile Sandbags to placed and filled with material removed from Disposal Area 26 on two sandbag alignments within the Breakwater repair area. The area between the two sandbag alignments will be backfilled to a height six feet above mean high water with material removed from Disposal Area 26. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The Solicitation is 100% HubZone Set Aside. The Solicitation issued will be Firm Fixed Price. The Solicitation will be issued on or about 22 October 2009 with bids due on or about 24 November 2009.
