This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because this is a task/delivery order where an exception to fair opportunity requirements was approved due to Other Statutory Authority (DFARS 208.405-70(b)(1) or DFARS 216.505-70(b)(1)). RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR UNDER CONTRACT W912PL-09-D-0028 TASK ORDER NO. 0001 FOR Repair taxiway lighting for taxiways C & B and Wind Socks, at Edward AFB. The work consists of the following: 1. Furnish all supervision, labor, work plan, engineering, equipment, and materials necessary to perform all operations to supply and install new isolating transformers and cabling for taxiways C & B, taxiway directional signs and wind socks. Cables are to be replaced from the regulators in the lighting vault through the complete circuits. All circuit will be insulated tested and reports submitted to customer. 2.
